Help with ways to gain confidence in giving presentations?

Aid with the senses gain confidence in giving presentations? I have to give the 3 presentations on Monday. I know what I’m talking about. But my problem is that when it comes to actually round to give presentations, I go bright red and began communicating really fast, then I doubt what I am talking about. I know that this is down to my level of confidence. It has tips on how can I overcome this?
